AllWays Health Partners will change its name to Mass General Brigham Health Plan to reflect and advance the system’s shared mission to improve health outcomes, reduce costs, and transform the healthcare experience. The change will take effect Jan. 1, 2023.

Our new name matches our vision to enhance collaboration within the Mass General Brigham healthcare system to improve patient care and coverage while also improving the provider experience. This transition aims to reduce the administrative burden for all of our participating providers, whether affiliated with Mass General Brigham or not, offering tools to support your practice and enabling you to focus on caring for your patients.

No. Your network will not change as this is not a closed network. Under our new name, we will continue to maintain and grow our strong network of providers, including those outside of the Mass General Brigham system.

No. You will not need to re-register for the provider portal. The portal will look different under the new name, but your access will not change.

Yes. We are not changing our payer ID, so all of your electronic payments will continue to go through via ECHO.

No. There will not be any changes to the address for claims submissions.

All existing contracts will transfer over under the new name.

We have a robust communications plan in place to ensure your patients who are our members are informed about and aware of our new brand and name. This includes print and digital outreach which will continue from September through December in advance of our switch to the new name on January 1, 2023.

Yes, all members will receive a new Mass General Brigham Health Plan member ID card to reflect our new brand ahead of January 1, 2023.

No. Member ID numbers will not change.

Yes. Beginning on January 1, 2023 a new website will be available at MassGeneralBrighamHealthPlan.org. However, AllWaysHealthPartners.org will continue to be accessible until January 1, 2023. At that time, the AllWays Health URLS will redirect you to the Mass General Brigham Health Plan websites.

No, our phone number and address will not be changing as a result of our rebrand. Customers can find all contact information on massgeneralbrighamhealthplan.org

Our new brand will be in the market starting this fall through a multi-media advertising campaign, prior to the effective date of January 1, 2023.

Our goal for this campaign is to generate awareness in the marketplace about our new brand and our vision for aligning care and coverage. The campaign kicked off with radio ads on Monday, August 15. Over the coming weeks and months, we will layer in digital, targeted print ads, and social media marketing.
